Cancellation Policy

All lessons with True Clarity Tuition must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Once a session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the lesson details and access link for the online session. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Lessons will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Attendance: Lessons are intended for the student named in the booking. If a different person attends the session, the tutor reserves the right to cancel the lesson. Cameras: Students are required to have their cameras switched on during online lessons to ensure engagement and effective learning. Recording: Sessions may not be recorded by the student or parent/guardian without prior consent from True Clarity Tuition. Cancellations and rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without charge if an alternative time is available. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time so that other bookings are not affected. In the unlikely event that a lesson needs to be cancelled by True Clarity Tuition, an alternative session time will be offered or a full refund will be provided. By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.
